These Terms set out the rules for using the wedogrowth.pl website (the “Website”).

The Website is informational and presents WeDoGrowth services in marketing and online-store sales growth.

Information on the Website, including sample results and prices, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Cooperation terms are agreed individually in a contract.

Forms and the website assistant can be used to send a request for a store consultation.

Submitting an enquiry is free of charge and does not create an obligation to enter into a contract. WeDoGrowth may decline cooperation without giving a reason.

Users are required to provide accurate information and must not submit unlawful content.

To use the Website, you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

The Website's content, graphics, logo and layout are protected by law. Copying or using them without WeDoGrowth's consent is prohibited.

Comments and complaints regarding the Website can be sent to we@wedogrowth.pl. We respond within 14 days.

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

WeDoGrowth may amend these Terms for valid reasons by publishing a new version on the Website.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
