    We process data you provide in forms and in the website assistant: name, e-mail address, telephone number, online store address, information about revenue and sales goals, and the content of correspondence.

    Basic technical data may also be collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and information about how the website is used.

    Responding to your enquiry, preparing a store analysis and a cooperation proposal - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract).

    Contact regarding your enquiry, including arranging a phone call or online meeting - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

    Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

    Complying with legal obligations, such as accounting requirements, after a contract is concluded - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

    We retain enquiry data for the time needed to handle the enquiry and then for no longer than 24 months, or until you object where applicable.

    If cooperation begins, we retain data for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law.

    Data may be shared with entities that support us in providing services, such as hosting, e-mail and analytics providers - only to the extent necessary and under appropriate data-processing agreements.

    We do not sell personal data.
