How our model works

You pay a fixed base and a bonus only when you grow.

Our fee has two parts. The base covers the team's work. The bonus applies only to the sales surplus - only when you earn more than a year ago.

    Monthly base

    A fixed amount based on store revenue and scope. Covers the whole team.

  2. 02

    Bonus on surplus

    A percentage of sales growth versus the same period last year only.

  3. 03

    No growth = PLN 0 bonus

    If sales don't grow, you pay only the base. Our interest is the same as yours.

No. You pay media budgets directly to Meta or Google - full control of spend.

The preferred engagement is 3 months - enough to collect data and scale what works.

Growth bonus

The fee is calculated on the sales surplus versus the same period last year.

  • PLN 50–100k15% of the surplus
  • PLN 101–200k12.5% of the surplus
  • PLN 201–300k10% of the surplus

Surplus = growth of actual net sales versus the same period last year, minus cancelled and returned orders.

  • Start after signing the contract and receiving access
  • Preferred engagement: 3 months
  • Media budgets are separate from our fee
  • Scope can grow during the engagement

The tier is based on average monthly revenue from the 3 full months before the start. Net prices.
